Internal communication. For the first time in the brand’s history, all 3,000 personnel of the newly formed Reale Group met together to discuss the company’s new identity and new market positioning.

A business entertainment event entitled “Together More” transformed the classic dynamics of a convention into a performance encompassing various art-forms – a multimedia theatre show in seven acts, each characterized in their turn by acrobatic performances, music, storytelling and videos.

The attendees themselves were the stars of the show: wearing LED bracelets that connected them directly to the production, they created spectacular and surprising light effects that lit up the venue, making them the show’s true ‘living scenography.’
